   祝愿克钦邦人民早日脱离殖民统治缅甸军事暴力的统治，脱离民族压迫和缅军入侵的战争困境。

    祝克钦邦人民和克钦独立军在保卫克钦邦领土主权的卫国战争和维护缅甸联邦和平统一的战争中取的伟大胜利！早日实现和平，难民早日返回家园！

    Today is the 73rd anniversary of Kachin state's independence from British rule. 

   On this occasion, the Northern Alliance sincerely wishes the people of Kachin a happy holiday!    I wish the people of Kachin state will soon break away from the colonial rule, the rule of Myanmar's military violence, the war dilemma of national oppression Myanmar's invasion. I wish the people of Kachin state the Kachin independent army a great victory in the war of defending the territory sovereignty of Kachin state the war of maintaining the peaceful reunification of the union of Myanmar!
