缅军炮火又伤及无辜平民

    来自德昂战区的消息:今日早晨当地时间8:00左右在南帕嘠Mang Ning Umm 村发生了武装突袭，缅军第88野战师缅军向村寨平民居住区非军事目标发射炮火，伤到了8名老百姓。

  其中有一名老百姓  吴尼进的儿子名迈龚龚年龄8岁 伤势严重，情况不太乐观，送往贵慨医院的路程中不幸死亡。
