克缅双边停火谈判克钦代表到达木姐

     今晨克缅双边停火谈判代表团进入景颇大地木姐市，受到当地民众热烈的欢迎谈判代表进入木姐市。

   此次谈判的主要提纲:

    1.先停火，在协商政治。2.安置难民返回家园，为战争难民重建家园。3.双方回避撤军问题，相互占领的区域。

    克缅停火谈判协议的条款克钦提出的条款要通过和取的景颇大地北方联盟成员统一的意见和认可。停火协议代表整个景颇大地北方联盟阵线的利益和范围。

     Kachin Representative Arrives in Muse, Jinghpawland  for Bilateral Ceasefire Negotiations

    A delegation from Myanmar Kachin to negotiate a bilateral ceasefire entered Muse, Jinghpawland   was warmly welcomed by the local people as the negotiators entered Muse, Jinghpawland  City.this morning。

   The main outline of this negotiation:

   1. Cease fire first negotiate politics. 2. resettle refugees to return to their homes rebuild their homes for war refugees. 3. The two sides avoided the issue of withdrawal exchanged Occupation regions.

    The terms of the ceasefire agreement between Myanmar Kachin The terms proposed by Kachin should be approved accepted by the members of the Jinghpawland  Northern Alliance.
