昆明和平谈判夭折 

   北方联盟阵线三方成员若开，德昂，果敢组成的谈判代表团，由中方政府中间调停与缅甸军方的谈判会议，约定明天在昆明举行的会议已经取消。

  Tin myu win带领的缅甸军队军方谈判代表团进入中国瑞丽之后今日返回缅甸。缅甸单反面拒绝明天在昆明约定的谈判。联军的和平谈判代表已经做好了谈判准备和统一的谈判条款，意见和方案。  

 在本月7日双方的预约时缅方提出无法确定谈判时间为由想取消会议。外界分析说是否因为克缅大理

谈判的破裂造成本次会议的夭折。

   最终缅甸军队还是不愿兑现通过政治对话解决的方案拒绝与联军和谈。不愿参与真正实现和平的谈判。
